Aaron Hannah, LCSW, is a compassionate and experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals overcome self-limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and unresolved trauma. With over 20 years of experience in the social work field, Aaron has honed the valuable skill of meeting people without judgment and an open mind. He recognizes that some individuals may find it challenging to share their problems and seeks to make therapy a safe and accepting space for them. He specializes in working with clients who have complex trauma histories and present significant symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD).

Her commitment to mindfulness extends to her online presence, where she blogs about life, addresses depression and anxiety, offers mindfulness tips, and shares healthy recipes. With an expected master's degree in clinical nutrition in 2024, Bethany aims to utilize her diverse professional training to enhance physical well-being and reduce nutritional deficits.
