Lindsay is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Arkansas State University. With over a decade of experience, she has served individuals across outpatient care, private practice, and community mental health settings in both Arkansas and Mississippi.
Lindsay takes a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, blending Gestalt techniques with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support emotional healing, personal growth, and overall wellness. She specializes in helping individuals navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, offering a safe and compassionate space for healing.
