Dr. Lauren Hannah
Co-owner & Clinical Director
Dr. Hannah is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to share. Her primary goal is to aid her clients in identifying the root causes of their self-limiting beliefs and unwanted behaviors.
Through her therapeutic interventions, she effectively re-processes negative belief systems, replacing them with more adaptive views.
Understanding the significant impact that relationships and environments can have, Dr. Hannah firmly believes that people can be empowered to develop the skills necessary to navigate these challenges in healthier ways. Her core belief is that healing and growth are attainable for everyone.
Dr. Hannah's approach blends theoretical and psychological insights with more pragmatic skills training, such as relaxation, conflict-resolution, and communication improvement, which aligns with her focus on building upon an individual's existing strengths.
Specializing in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depressive conditions in women, Dr. Hannah has dedicated her career to this specialty since 2016, when she embarked on her doctoral studies. Dr. Hannah's ultimate goal is to see each and every one of her clients achieve wellness and continue to thrive.
