Beth Snow is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in supporting adolescents, adults, and couples through life's various challenges. Specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, infidelity, sexual dysfunction, ADHD, and trauma, Beth approaches therapy with a collaborative and compassionate style, tailoring each session to meet the individual needs of her clients.
Beth earned her Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling from Arkansas State University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology, along with certification in sex therapy. Her diverse therapeutic approach combines evidence-based methods such as existential therapy, person-centered techniques, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and sex therapy.
A proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Beth is dedicated to providing affirming care to all individuals, respecting their unique experiences and identities. Her therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing begins when clients feel truly seen and heard. She fosters a safe and supportive space where clients can build resilience, gain insight, and experience meaningful change.
