Aaron Hannah
Co-owner & Facilities Director
Aaron sees his role as helping people identify self-limiting beliefs, emotional blocks and other barriers that keep them from leading lives consistent with their authentic selves and values. Some people have trouble sharing their problems and may feel embarrassed that they cannot resolve things themselves.
Aaron makes therapy a safe place to share by providing unconditional acceptance and support to his clients. He is committed to helping people find a way to heal past trauma, unresolved pain, grief, or other emotional wounds.
Aaron has worked in the social work field in a variety of roles for over 20 years, and in this time, he has learned one of the greatest skills is being able to meet people without judgment and an open mind. He is a person-centered therapist who uses a variety of treatment interventions to help his clients reach their therapeutic goals. He is trained in CPT and EMDR, both of which focus on targeting restrictive beliefs that lead to unwanted symptoms.
Through interactive sessions he will help you identify these beliefs and work to recover from any damage they have caused.
